We strive to position our firm as a market leader in trade secret litigation and to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Here’s what sets us apart:

  • Specialization: The vast majority of the cases we litigate involve claims of misuse of confidential information or trade secrets.
  • Federal Court Litigation: Our lawyers have extensive experience litigating complex cases in federal court, including extensive experience in federal injunction practice.
  • Elite Firm Experience: Prior to joining Pollard PLLC, our lawyers gained experience at some of the nation’s best complex litigation firms, including Boies Schiller & Flexner and Podhurst Orseck.
  • Business-Savvy: Our lawyers do not view law in a vacuum. We understand that law is a tool that we use to reach a certain business goal.
  • Contingency Fee: On the plaintiff-side, we accept the strongest theft of trade secret cases on a pure contingency fee arrangement. We also offer hybrid fee arrangements for prosecuting trade secret claims (e.g. reduced hourly plus contingency fee).
  • Alternative Fee Arrangements: On the defense side, we offer both hourly rates and alternative fee arrangements. Possible alternative fees structures include flat fee for defense of the entire case, monthly fee, reduced hourly rate plus success fee upon resolution.
